This West Coast Transitional new home in UBC was built for a family that wanted a contemporary craftsman style with a traditional feel. It features an asymmetrical design of a steep gabled roofline against sections of barrel roof in both the front and rear. The honey coloured cedar siding is set in both a vertical and horizontal direction to create a visual break.

The large rear covered entertainment area is the spotlight for family and friend gatherings with a built in outdoor kitchen and heaters for chillier evenings.

The new family will have ample space over three full floors.
